Link Building

I’ve been on a mission with Link Building of late, and after the PR of my two websites dropped down to 1 or 2 after our major site upgrade in march, I’ve managed to get UK Cufflinks up to 4! Which was higher than when I started. Hopefully it may go higher still by the time I am finished with my site linking project!

June was a little down on May as despite the fact that the number of transactions was up, the average spend was down. Advertising costs are down for a second month in a row. When I’m happy that I’m spending money on the right keywords, I will have reason to increase spend due to its increased effectiveness.

Link Building – the search continues…

New link for me: nextime

bloody hard work though.

New Landing Pages

New landing pages for paid search – here. Taking full advantage of Mi to try and increase conversion rates by making the landing pages for certain ad groups a little more welcoming. Expect these to change quite a lot over the coming weeks.

Should get filled out with text for increasing organic search rankings soon too…

Adwords tracking code working.

Well our ebusiness people finally got the adwords tracking to work last month and that means I can see where it is worth spending adwords money! This means I’ve been able to get cost per clicks down to a littler over £6 per conversion which aint too shabby. My other campaign is prooving to be a little bit harder to tame however, but give it time and some of the new landing pages I’m working on and I’m fairly sure it will get their.
