Background animations…

Just been playing with a new jquery plugin for animating background-positions in HTML – with great javascript tools like this, you start to think.. ‘why do we need html5?’! Giving your website more depth and letting  people see who you really are is a good idea if you want to stand out from the crowd. In B2B, it’s refreshing to see this kind of tactic, whilst in B2C, it really is kinda de rigueur. How you do it can make a big impact too.. just a list of names really isn’t going to win you any points here, whereas a nice image (if you have any!) and a good 3rd person description of who everyone is and where they have come from can set off an already nice website. Getting a bit of publicity for yourself is always a good thing too, so it might be nice to have your company do some work for you for a change!
